Shamsmehr, et al., New Jersey Superior Court for Burlington County, Chancery Division, Docket No. C-31-17 – Prevailed in bench trial concerning dispute over ownership of residential real estate, and claim for money damages arising out of expenses paid in connection with real estate in question (Jun. 2018).Transo-Pharm USA, LLC v. Carbomer, Inc., Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Docket No. 2012-01863 – Successfully obtained jury verdict (Feb. 2018) for money damages for client in breach of contract case regarding sale of bulk chemical used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Ben earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis (consistently recognized by U.S. News and World Report as a top-20 law school), where he finished in the top 5% of the class, and received Order of Barristers and Order of the Coif honors.
