Develop and facilitate relevant and engaging curriculum for six-month twice-weekly programming, which incorporates peer and youth leadership, mentor support and community partners. Effectively convey complex, intersecting social-justice issues to high school youth to be implemented in service learning praxis. Managed operations of a three-month college application assistance program for historically marginalized populations, across three locations. Established community partner relationships and procured sponsorships and donations. Planned and promoted program while recruiting students, mentors and guest facilitators. Tracked and maintained statistical data for fifty-five students, including demographic information, attendance, completed/missing assignments and student development.

Responsible for the recruitment and advisement of incoming students across ten states. Identified community partners to schedule and execute recruitment visits with high schools, community centers and churches over a seven-month period. Reviewed, processed and made enrollment decisions for over one hundred student applicants. Worked across departments to plan and organize new student orientations and information sessions. Exceeded individual and team recruitment goals to achieve largest enrollment in school history.
