Collected business requirements and translated them into technical instructions and calculations for a team of Power BI developers and data scientists. Worked with government counterparts to visualize, implement, and operationalize dashboard products.Built automated data flows using a combination of SQL, Python, and Microsoft Power Query scripts for the purposes of regular and hands-free technical analyses. Results were used in the development of senior-level workforce recommendations and career development tools.Developed detailed technical documentation on IT products, including: whitepapers, recommendations, user guides, implementation guides, CONOPS documents, end-user communications, and other targeted documents for a variety of audience types.Launched and analyzed two VA OIT-wide employee surveys to capture qualitative compensation and benefit data for cyber technologists.
