• Provisioning and administering storage.• Work closely with other members of the team to fulfil operational and project tasks.• Perform proactive capacity planning of the storage infrastructure and inform the Storage Manager of key findings and recommendations.• To assist the team in any hardware troubleshooting such as restarting data libraries.• Maintain backup system infrastructure, improving backup performance, and developing new enhancements or services centered on the Backup/Restore/Vaulting services.• Ensuring that the data tapes are stored correctly within the units.
