Provided tooling capability plan along with pricing for Google RU PHEV program. Worked directly with the Plant Management Senior Staff to communicate product/process/tooling changes for upcoming activities. Managed launch budget for program exceeding $750M with department program managers and plant controller. Led WCT pillar activities for Program Management and rolled out standard processes to be used company-wide on all project launches. Reported program completion status with all required product design changes and variants to Executive Vice President Department Staff weekly.

Manufacturing Engineering BIW Manager of the KL and RT/RU programs at Toledo North and Windsor Assembly Plants. Single point of contact for all product, industrial engineering, tooling feasibility, processing, financial, timing, and management concerns. Reporting out weekly to Executive Management on the program status including risks identified and recovery plans to ensure a successful launch. Managed skilled trades and supervisors in a three shift operation at the Wayne and Michigan Assembly Plants in the Body Shop Area. Consistently used the Lean principles and the Six Sigma process to diagnose and address equipment breakdowns. Led all Dimensional Activities for a successful launch of the new P415 F150 truck in the Dearborn Truck Plant Body Shop. Supervised 12 employees for data measurement and analysis using advanced engineering techniques and state of the art measuring equipment including full body QAF. Investigated and corrected all tooling measurement points with did not fall within Cp/Cpk limits and reported status to Plant Management weekly. Active member in CPA daily meetings to align all departments to vehicle line top quality priorities and assist necessary tooling adjustments to fixtures in BIW and Final Assembly which sets all body panels within EBO acceptable levels. Setup programs for Master Black Book shim logs, PM schedule for Perceptron measurement equipment in the tooling lines, and rotation schedule for laser tracking of all GEO tools on an annual basis. Provided case studies to management and ME launch teams to secure funding for projects which allowed for hot backup of geo tools while still maintaining acceptable measurement tolerance levels.

Led 90+ skilled trades and 65+ production operators as a Complete Area Responsible Supervisor (CARS) for the new P221 F150 truck and building launch at Dearborn Truck Plant Body Shop. Worked multiple shifts and multiple work patterns to successfully organize and launch all equipment maintenance of bodyshop tooling inclusive of Kawasaki robots, Versailles, Versalift, Flex gate Framer, EMS, Laser Cut, and Spot Welding Guns. Provided case studies and Blackbelt Projects to improve production operations and over 22 operator reductions resulting in $3.2M in hard savings.

Lead engineering activities for line rebalancing, master keeper of Modapts times for 100+ operations in BIW, single point contact for ISO9000/FPS audits, and implemented numerous automation projects resulting in 18 headcount with over $1.2M in hard savings at the Dearborn Assembly Plant SN99 model production run. Successfully led Body Shop activities for launch of the SN99 Cobra MCA in 2001.
