I take part in the Design Out Our Risk (DOOR) process, I will also attend potential sites for an inspection and review assessments. I lead the Corporate Governance and Risk strategic team and lead the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategic team to assist piety in remaining a high-performance organisation. I lead the sustainability department for Piety and work very closely with our Innovation team to ensure capable particle initiatives can & are implemented in the business. I also assist with running the HR and training for the business, ensuring all Minimum Training Requirements (MTR’s) are achieved for each position description and handle any personal complaints.
