CurrentResponsible for investor relations, financial communication & CSR Strategy. Development and implementation of the Company's IR/PR strategy & Sustainability. Guiding analysts and investors in their valuation exercise. Lead the production of financial & communication documents, including Universal Registration Documents & HY financial reports, investor presentations, press releases, Ex. Summary, Q&A, website...). Deep involvement in investor targeting in Europe and in the US, investor roadshows (>300 meetings/year) and conferences.Planned and co-implemented several successful corporate actions and notably the two largest public offerings on Euronext Growth Paris since 2015 (141 M€ in July 2023 and 114 M€ in June 2021), several private placements (4.2 M€, 14.5 M€, 37 M€), secondary offerings (>10M€), equity stake acquisitions, equity financing facilities and issuance of redeemable stock warrants.Operational management of all corporate actions and coordination with the parties involved (brokers, lawyers, regulation authorities - AMF - , custody services...).Overall management to comply with regulatory requirements in terms of disclosure, communication and all other regulatory obligations in the course of daily operations or international transactions (QIBs procedures, U.S. PPMs…).Implemented the Group’s CSR strategy. Lead the production of Sustainability reports, ESG ratings (Sustainalytics, S&P, Gaïa, MSCI…), materiality analysis, carbon footprint assessments, as well as EU Taxonomy eligibility and alignment. Regular interactions with ESG analysts, Stewardship analysts and Proxy advisors (ISS, Glass Lewis, Proxinvest…) to ensure (i) full alignment with the best market practices in terms of Governance and (ii) continuous optimization in terms of disclosure with the inclusion of the EUs new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
