As Head of Global Workplace for HERE Technologies, I lead a diverse, global team of professionals in ensuring the seamless execution of transactions, projects and facility management to provide the highest level of employee experience, as well as a clean, safe and productive environment for everyone to be able to do their best work. I manage and execute the overall real estate and workplace strategy for HERE in nearly 40 countries, and collaborate with HERE leadership and key stakeholders to balance the needs of the business with financial objectives, identify risks, explore opportunities, and develop proactive, data-driven solutions.I also work closely with 3rd party service providers to bring additional global expertise and leverage to the in-house Workplace team.

Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle’s global headquarters in Chicago, IL, and one of the leaders of the firm’s Corporate Solutions Group. In more than 18 years at JLL, leveraged international and domestic experience to lead relationships and represent some of the firm’s largest global clients, including Zurich Insurance, Cisco Systems, GlaxoSmithKline, and Whirlpool Corporation. From 2012-2015, led the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group, a nation-wide team of 160 transaction management professionals specifically for corporate users and occupiers of space, and responsible for more than $100M in revenue. He also served as one of two Americas representatives to Jones Lang LaSalle’s Global Transactions Board. Created the vision, strategy and a multi-year plan for the group, led sales efforts, developed investment strategies, drove product innovation, and optimized processes and people. Focus on all aspects of people management and development. Worked closely with the other service line leads to ensure JLL’s delivery was as streamlined, efficient and robust as possible. From 2001-2005, relocated to Philadelphia, to start-up and lead the firm’s Tenant Representation office in that region. Completed hundreds of transactions for more than 30 of the firm’s corporate clients, including headquarters transactions for Towers Perrin and BlueCross BlueShield of Delaware.Performed portfolio-wide strategic planning for several of the firm’s largest clients, and is recognized within the firm as a subject-matter expert in master planning and international transactions, having led internal training sessions on both subjects to more than 250 of his peers.
