Serve as liaison to 3rd party and customer audits for the CCT site assigned Maintain the plant’s ISO 9001:2008 certification Ensure customer requirements are well communicated among all CCT team members Lead customer complaint investigations through problem identification, short term correction, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning and implementation. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented corrective action plans in resolving the issue to the customer’s satisfaction. Provide timely communication with customers on matters related to on-going investigations of complaints Provide leadership in the continuous improvement of the plant’s quality management system Ensure product specifications are available at points of use Conduct internal audits of the quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO, environmental, 5S, and safety standards. Supervise all Quality Assurance inspectors. Oversee all product and materials testing for elastomeric bearings. Prepare and verify all product CofC’s and MTR’s. Create and maintain database for daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis. Verify and perform product testing to multiple state DOT standards and requirements prior to order shipments. Coordinate State DOT and independent on-site inspections as needed. Work to implement quality assurance systems throughout production facility. Maintain Sate and Federal regulatory compliance for facility including NDEP, EPA, OSHA, etc., and associated permits and records. Maintain all employee safety and training records. Perform employee safety training for new hires as well as regular monthly and equipment safety courses and topics. Maintain company safety policies and documents including manuals, logs, MSDS, certifications, and permits.

I am currently responsible for the systems administration of 2 rack mount servers in data centers located in Los Angeles and Chicago serving a total of 10 individual games servers, a website, a Ventrilo communications server, and an Admin/player database, with FTP file service serving a community in excess of 200 members and a public including thousands of players. This include remote access to the servers in the data centers to install, update, configure, and maintain up to 10 active game server at any time. I also implement and configure the server boxes themselves including, all security policies, software and hardware issues including troubleshooting, updating, and general administrations of hardware and software. I am also an administrator on the organizations website including a member’s forum. This includes members’ privilege administration, banner creation and maintenance, and content moderation. I also serve as computer and software technical support for the AOF community.

· Decreased visual part inspection time from an average of 8 seconds to 3.5 second each while maintaining and accuracy of over 90%. · Updated and streamlined all testing and record keeping procedures to improve yields, reduce waste, and increase department throughput. · Discovered and developed a whole new way to measure and adjust an Ophthalmic lens coating system to drastically improve process yields, reduce raw material waste, and streamlines coating systems maintenance. · Increased individual worker productivity in my own department from and output of an average of 2000 parts per workday to 6000 without the need for overtime. · Created 3 separate databases to track and report all inspection, testing and product complaints to replace existing manual paperwork systems giving the ability to perform statistical analysis on all 3 areas that did not previously exist. · Created and administrated over controlled document system for the company that included all departmental procedures and tests, informational documents, and job descriptions for 6 departments. This created a standardized system of document and procedure usage for the whole company on the way to ISO9001 certification. · Trained line level employees to become supervisors and cross trained each employee in all aspects of department requirements to reduce downtime and improve productivity regardless of work schedule or absenteeism while working in a lean manufacturing environment. · On numerous occasions my department has exceeded corporate HQ targets for productivity, accuracy standards and on time project completion. Achieved a reduction in staff from 21employees down to 8 while maintaining the same level of output and and accuracy.
