I am a young business professional looking for an opportunity to expand my career. During my time with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development I learned a great deal about the importance of data analysis in decision making, critical communication skills and how one job can impact so many people outside of the workplace. I learned how to work as a team in a remote environment and the importance of carrying your own weight and doing anything in your power to help the team succeed. My passion for marketing and business development grew when I was interning at Beyond Monumental. During my internship I was involved in various aspects of marketing and business development which led me to where I am today.
