This included support at trial. >> Lead advisor on implementation of the Election Access Fund - a novel initiative requiring policy and procedure design, and consultation with the disability community. The Fund supports people with disabilities to seek election and improve representation in this area. This work was a high-stakes intersection of disability support and the contest for elected office. >> Co-Advisor to Justice Committee Inquiry into the 2020 General Election and referendums>> Led policy oversight of implementation of prisoner voting reform.>> Adaptation of general election to Covid-19, including field and regulatory consequences.>> Agile advice to political parties regarding advertising and political finance law, and other compliance, including during critical election periods and contested environments. >> Supporting agencies and select committees with development, drafting and progress of electoral legislation.
