This position, reporting to the Director of Resourcing, is responsible for the allocation of personnel to project teams on a global scale. I was brought on to this team to create a data-driven approach to optimizing resources across the organization. By optimizing the assignment of resources, this position reduces waste and creates balanced teams which are more efficient and cost effective while still achieving our operational goals.
