I am an educator with over 18 years’ experience within the public school sector in the UK and private within the UAE. Throughout my career I have been at the frontline in delivering Mathematics to Secondary school pupils alongside managing and implementing new initiatives to improve the overall education experience of my pupils. I truly believe that classroom experience and knowledge has allowed me to be a better manager to my staff and ultimately deliver a greater experience to the pupils I am employed to educate. Continuous improvements within the schools I have taught and my secondment to others which has ultimately made improvements to the education of others; shows my experience and expertise to be of a very high standard.Throughout my educational career have made sure that staff are delivering the best experience for all pupils. I have managed and maintained systems and analysis to better understand how to target key intervention for those pupils who need it most; delivering resources where needed.I am married to Rebecca Barry, and we have a fun loving 8 year old girl and twin boys. I want my family to have the opportunity to enjoy all the benefits and experiences my career will allow them. I am a strong believer in delivering a positive education to all students in my care. My expertise in whole school management has been praised through thorough performance management routines, but my results in all areas has shown my delivery and guidance is that of an experienced and knowledgeable practitioner and administrator. I continuously develop my own understanding of education and the best international practices. I have completed my NPQH. I have also passed the School Leadership test for the UAE.
