My enthusiasm is to work at solving clients’ computing related problems to ensure that their IT use is effective and efficient. This would be very satisfying as I further enjoy technical challenges and working with clients to bring about speedy resolutions, in regard to the support of computer networks and management. Working within a team, my strengths are in making contributions and I am a natural harmoniser for problematic situations. I particularly enjoy working on server issues and with CISCO products, where I have completed several courses.My constant learning and focused studies, have assisted me in gaining relevant technical skills and achieved positive feedback from my teachers, as I enjoy taking the initiative to create positive outcomes by explaining IT concepts to those who do not have a technical background.Through my hobby of building my own personal computer from scratch, I have a proven working knowledge in suppliers, have the ability to communicate and deal with people from this industry to gain relevant information for the required outcomes.
