I am a self-driven and hardworking young professional with a BS Petroleum Engineering and a MS in Business from Texas A&M University. I am fortunate to work with the executive team at EnCap-backed PennEnergy Resources as the Senior VP of the Corporate Development group. I lead an all star team that looks at PennEnergy from both the engineering and financial sides - including our Reservoir Engineering Manager, Senior Geologist, VP Asset Development, and BD Associate. My current responsibilities are: leading our corporate strategy initiatives and corporate development staff, corporate financial forecasting (including revenue, GT&P, CapEx, NGL processing models, etc.), strategic analysis (A&D, M&A, project economics), ad hoc engineering and contract analysis, a company wide Rate Transient Analysis ("RTA") study, and investor relations (presentations, peer comparables, etc.). I am able to utilize both my Engineering and Business backgrounds extensively in this role.I believe in being open minded and adaptable.
