Our goal was to build a supersonic rocket reaching 30’000 ft, fly and win our category at the Spaceport America Cup 2020 in the USA. My contributions to this goal were: • Assisting the project manager in all aspects pertaining to the leadership of the 37 team members and the coordination of the various sub-teams including the marketing team. Coordinating and optimizing efforts to meet target deadlines. • Working with stakeholders and sponsors, representing the project to external parties, communicating with the public around the project, budget and logistics
