FOSS is a privately-owned company employing almost 1150 people worldwide.Responsible for two projects regarding key performance indicators for the sales managers in the Asia/Pacific Region: - Indicators include opportunity values, profitability of sales leads and opportunity-duration figures.- Data was collected through self-developed reports and analysis of current reporting structure. - Held presentations to the management board.Also assisted the team on a daily basis:- Provided support for the sales- and instrument managers throughout Australia.- Assisted product management, presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
