As the head honcho I'm in charge of everything in my own business. I have to manage all my graphics, design them for mass appeal and correctly displaying different aspects. I do the marketing, the accounting, the sound and light engineering and the research for new music. I also create and practice mixing for various genres and create my own samples.

I created my own graphics from scratch in photoshop for advertising purposes as well as background designs. I also used advanced photo editing techniques to enhance and/or repair photographs removing scratches, nicks, faded spots and more to bring photos to their original state.

I was in charge of the end product quality and making sure that all of my associates were on the same page as to expectations to achieve those results. I took place in interviews for eligible candidates to choose new personnel and took place in coachings that led to moving associates to new departments or terminating their employment. I performed annual reviews and was in charge of training employees. When I first took charge of the department I had to fix some incorrect training the associates had received, get rid of their bad habits, and train them from scratch. I worked beside my associates whenever I had time and I also took on some of the harder tasks when I could. This earned a lot of respect from them and allowed them to continue to work on more customer oriented tasks keeping our customers happy and showing my associates I wasn't afraid to get my hands dirty.
