Main duties include giving a high quality service over the phone to customers wanting to place bets and deal with any possible queries regarding betting and issues with their account using the Openbet system and Back Office to do so, also as of recently using the Onionsack system to place any bets that customers are wanting to be placed via text.Being a Senior Agent involved me training new members of staff up to the standard that was expected as a Premium Agent and helping any other members of staff that may be struggling with certain aspects with the systems or information regarding any sports and betting.

Main duties included maintaining a professional and high standard service and running of licensed betting shops, for example keeping to gambling compliance, training new members of staff and keeping the customers happy with the level of service they were being provided with. This included using the EPOS system to take and settle bets, using the ALBOS system for any information regarding prices or off times and any other information needed, and dealing with money and shop figures including turnover and profit margins from sports bets and the gaming machines using Back Office, insuring a safe level of money was within the shop and that the correct money was being banked depending on the liability for the following day.

Main duties included calling the speed bingo numbers in between the main bingo sessions. I was responsible for arranging the prizes for the customers and giving out change for the slots machines. During my time at Gala I learned all aspects of Bingo including the customer service needed to be given to bingo customers as the majority of bingo customer tend to be from a select group. I left Gala at the age of 19 to further my education.
