At Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP, I have accelerated my young career from an intern to full-time staff to full-time senior accountant. My group in the firm focuses on contruction and real estate companies in Southeastern Wisconsin. While my first few years with Baker Tilly were filled with multiple experiences such as tax, audit, compilations, and cost segregation projects, I have recently declared audit as my niche service. I am proud to also serve on the firm's Champion Group which strives to create goodwill in the firm and to make Baker Tilly an exceptional place to work. Specific responsibilities: -Audit and compile financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP -Prepare tax returns for C-Corps, S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals -Lead staff on client engagements with budgets and firm deadlines -Work with Caseware, Global ProFX, FAS Depreciation, RIA, and CCH -Help train and manage new staff accountants and interns

The summer between my undergraduate studies and my graduate studies I had the opportunity to complete an internship with one of the largest and most reputable accounting firms in the world.Specific experience: -Reviewed SEC filings for quarterly (10-Qs) and annual (10-Ks) -Inspected internal controls over financial reporting while working closely with client personnel -Completed analytical procedures to gain additional assurance concerning financial balances

My summers during college were spent outside, working for the community I love. The Parks and Forestry department of Oconomowoc taught me how to take care of different types of property and facilities.Specific experience: -Served the Oconomowoc community by maintaining the city parks -Cut grass, landscaped parks, worked on baseball fields, and other various tasks -Completed projects with time deadlines

Possibly the best "work" position a young man could have: head coach of sixteen year old baseball players.
