Built business to country’s second largest savory snack player. Led the initial joint venture and later the wholly owned establishment of Frito Lay’s business in Venezuela. Established foothold, grew and developed the firms´ brands, established down-the-street distribution, increased manufacturing capacity from 1 to 2 plants and brought the largest regional competitor to a a venture arrangement.
