As a Professional with over 20 years in the Facility/Building and Project/Property Management field, I possess a solid knowledge of all aspects of the Facilities/Property Management industry. I have excellent customer service and communication skills both internally, with fellow employees/colleagues, and with outside customers I serve.  I am very familiar with both commercial, residential, and private management, Vendor Management, Service Contracts, Brokerage firms, and laws associated with leases as well as landlord/tenant law. With extensive experience and tenure in the Facility/Property management field and I am familiar with several property management software programs. I have obtained my Accredited Resident Manager certification through IREM as well as I have my Tax Credit Specialist certification via NCHM. OSHA 10 Certification. I have taken courses to obtain my FMP (Facility Management Professional) designation through IFMA. I am a member of the IFMA Ft. Lauderdale Chapter.
