Mr. Beiler is currently the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Chicago based PA Investments Group LLC, a holding company for two globally-operating subsidiaries manufacturing and selling collapsible fuel, water, and other liquids storage tanks to U.S. and foreign military customers, environmental containment systems to government and private entities, and a large variety of athletic products to institutional entities such as universities, high schools, health clubs, and tennis clubs.Mr. Beiler is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, teaching Tax Planning for International Business for the last eight years. Previously, Mr. Beiler was the President of IntelliTrans, LLC, a joint venture between IntelliTrans, Inc., and General Electric Rail Services Corporation. IntelliTrans is the predominant supplier of logistics and supply chain optimization solutions enabling process manufacturers and commodity suppliers to manage and monitor their inventory on a global basis. The company was sold in 2006 to a publicly-held company.Between early 1997 and early February 2000, Mr. Beiler was the Chief Operating Officer of PCM, Inc., a systems integration company, based in Chicago, Illinois. Within 18 months, he increased its revenues by more than 40 percent, and its profitability by about 30 percent, and engineered its sale to a publicly-held company. From 1979 to 1997, he was a senior partner at the nationally prominent law firm of Chicago-based Jenner & Block. His practice provided him with a diverse business experience. He is expert in U.S. and international tax, corporate, intellectual property, antitrust, securities, and general international law, and strategic partnership and debt and equity financing.Mr. Beiler received, with high honors, a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, a JD from Columbia University, School of Law, and a Master in Taxation from New York University, School of Law.
