Support the Director of Enrollment in executing an internal, data-driven marketing/communications plan to aggressively reach and/or exceed admissions goals for new student enrollment, specifically for grades 6-8 and support the overall enrollment goal of grades 6-12.Manage a systematic and efficient handling of prospective student applications and tracking the submission of necessary supporting records for file review for students in grades 6-8.Conduct tours and informational meetings with prospective student families and manage ongoing communication with them throughout the admissions process.Build a thriving Hill-Murray Parent Ambassador group filled with 10-15 parents from key geographic areas who are willing to assist at various admissions events.Coordinate prospective student visit days for incoming students in grades 6-8.Execute internal admissions events including, Open Houses, Future Pioneer Days, Sibling/Cousin Day, New Family Welcome Events, etc.Maintain the admissions pages on the Hill-Murray website.Manage the Hill-Murray Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter account by posting content that engages current and prospective students.Create partnership between Hill-Murray school and feeder school, St. Jude of the Lake Elementary School.
