Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes -Communication skills:Strong verbal communication skills have been essential in both my previous roles, where I have developed this skill to a high level, confident in communicating and liaising with a range of individuals. This is seen through my customer service, and ability to communicate calmly to resolve issues with customers. Organisational skills:I am a highly organised person, where time management is key when completing tasks. I have the ability to plan ahead and manage my time effectively resulting in goals and targets always being achieved. Work Ethic:In both my personal and professional life, I have always had a strong work ethic. I have a ‘can do’ attitude towards completing tasks, where I take on all tasks with a positive energy and determination for success. My previous employers have both commended me on my initiative, decision making, and the ability to go beyond the expected parameters of my job.Teamwork:My ability to work both in a team and as an individual when required is highly developed. I work well collaboratively, where I enjoy working towards a common goal and feed of others creative energy. However, I am also very capable when required to work alone, where I use my initiative and independence to problem solve effectively. Eye for Detail:I have a keen eye for detail and this is evident with the tasks I completed at my previous position working in the tunnels. Here I was tasked with the important role of aligning ‘as builts’ with plans to ensure they were correctly set. Other tasks were inspecting the quality of welded pipelines and brackets to ensure they met the required standards.
