• Ensure all products are up to the quality standards set by the company and are in compliance with TTB standards.• Microbiological testing of all products from beginning wort stage to finished product i.e, aseptic plating, HLP, MRS reading with a PCR machine, endo coliform testing.• Analytical testing of gravities, turbidity, haze, ABV and BU’s of the beer in various stages.• Act as a source of Quality Leadership on shift.• Provide root cause solving for issues in Brewing and Packaging departments.• Daily calibrations and maintenance of equipment in the lab.• Monthly water testing.• Point person for monthly Safety and 5S audits.• Point person for packaging audits and holds during runs on the line.

• Ensure all products are up to the quality standards set by the company and are in compliance with TTB standards.• Performing analysis and sensory on various products before being released into production according to the standards set by the company.• Microbiologically evaluate water, distilled products and raw ingredients.• Act as a source of Quality Leadership on the shift.• Involved in ISO audits for the plant.• Provide root cause solving for various issues in both Processing area and Quality.• Performing daily calibrations and maintenance of equipment in the lab.• Perform audits of the CIP logs in Processing to adjust to various liquids.

• Responsible for leading production/processing teams across up to nine lines, ensuring products are made according to schedule, specification, SOPs, quality, and performance standards (including GMP, 5S, ISO9001, OSHA, CIPs, KPIs). • Led team of 7 direct reports including coaching, training, and performance management. Participate in crossfunctional team lead meetings including production floor, processing, quality, and brand technical center (R&D). • Perform routine analysis and sensory testing of raw materials and spirits according to established standards and procedures. Make calculations and adjustments as needed to ensure products meet specifications (including bench top sampling, gravity, turbidity, proof, temperature monitoring, color and dye checks). • Responsible for ordering raw materials, supplying lines, cycle counts and inventory tracking, and adhering to strict sanitation and storage procedures. • Assist with integration of new products due to expansion and new development including test batches, samples, vendor sourcing, and adjustments needed to meet increased capacity and scale demands
