My practice focuses on intellectual property law including all phases of U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution. I work directly with clients to strategically develop and manage patent portfolios that are specific to their business goals. I additionally provide IP support for mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, litigations, and licensing agreements. I have expertise in a variety of technical fields, with an emphasis on computer software and hardware (e.g., generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, streaming platforms, encryption and security, autonomous vehicles, networking, data storage, cloud computing platforms, software development platforms, AR/VR, supply chain logistics, and semiconductors).
