Test and analyze testing on blood collection / processing devices at the sub-system and system levels.Work collaboratively with, but independent of, design engineers to formulate efficient, risk-based test strategies, test cases which can expose system weaknesses. Document plans, reports, execution, and results of tests or studies. Trace tests, studies and results to system and subsystem requirements. Identify anomalies and issues and investigate to identify root cause. Set up and maintain test articles, test fixtures, and laboratory environment. Prepare blood for testing and characterize blood components after processing. Devise new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles

In charge of taking inventory and stocking of multiple bars and storage areas, assigned tasks to other employees and trained new hires for the position.
