With over 35 years in the wine trade, I have a diverse background shaped by training at Peter Dominic, John Harvey & Sons, and Eldridge Pope. My career spans both the wine industry and international opera and concert stages. In the 2000s, I revitalized a remote country pub, earning it the title of "Newcomer of the Year" in the Good Food Guide and a spot in the Michelin guide. From 1998 to 2010, I successfully ran my own independent wine business, and since then, I've provided expert guidance to restaurants, pubs, and wine merchants, helping them balance quality and profitability.In addition to my work in wine, I organize high-profile classical music charity events featuring world-renowned artists. Based in rural Kent, my wife and I are now empty nesters with both of our children at university. Currently, I’m embarking on one of the most ambitious projects of my career: launching an innovative system to combat wine and spirits fraud.
