I currently lead U. S. Steel's international trade law and policy action and strategy, including managing outside trade counsel, advising U. S. Steel executives, and engaging industry and government stakeholders. I also serve on the International Trade Advisory Committee on Steel that advises USTR and the Commerce Department on trade policy and negotiation.

Specifically, I represented clients in antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD), safeguard, and Section 232 national security proceedings before.

I representeded domestic manufacturers, workers, and farmers in AD/CVD proceedings before the USDOC, USITC, Court of International Trade, and the Federal Circuit concerning unfairly low-priced and subsidized imports alleged to injure the domestic industry. I also advised companies on other international trade and investment issues, including WTO disputes.

Advised and briefed Commissioner Lane on USITC antidumping and countervailing duty injury investigations, five-year ("sunset") reviews, appeals thereof, and "332" economic studies.Analyzed economic, financial, and industry data, and legal arguments based thereon, submitted by the domestic industry, foreign producers and exporters, and other interested.

Advised and briefed government officials on U.S.D.O.C. antidumping investigations and administrative reviews involving companies from non-market economy countries, primarily the People’s Republic of China (PRC).Prepared legal memoranda (Federal Register Notices and accompanying Issues and Decision Memos, company-specific analysis memos.

Prepared legal memoranda for partners concerning appeals to the U.S. Court of International Trade for cases involving U.S.D.O.C. antidumping determinations and other related legal issues.Performed research, editing and citation-checking on a U.S. Supreme Court Petition for Writ of Certiorari.Wrote client memoranda summarizing U.S.I.T.C. antidumping sunset.
