• Designed, launched, and managed a 3000 sq. ft. “escape room” entertainment center, open to the public with 5 separate adventure scenarios to choose from. • Gained an investment partner after presenting a solid business plan and self-sustaining operation budget. • Ensured permits and compliance, managing location upfit and vetting contractors. • Increased revenue with innovative marketing such as “mini-escape rooms” at local festivals. • Led growth to the point of needing and managing 8 full & part-time employees. • Closed the business in good standing with the community, after restrictions began in 2020.
