• Leading a team of 7 share program experts in the area of plan design, plan administration, plan processes, tax handling and banking to develop new share plans, optimize existing share plans and ensure a successful and smooth processing of all plan events for the entire Siemens employee share programs• Definition of digitalization, automatization and harmonization strategies for further optimization of internal processes and external process interfaces (e.g. banking provider harmonization)• Creation of all necessary board documents for budget approval, implementation of new share plans and material plan and process changes, including business cases• Alignment with relevant stakeholders like Legal, Workers Counsel Representatives, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance and Taxes, Humans Resources

• Leading a team of 5 share programs experts in the area of accounting, controlling, taxes and banking to optimize internal and external finance and reporting processes, including the underlying IT Systems• Definition and Implementation of process optimizations in the area of accounting, taxes and banking (e.g. accounting and payroll reconciliation, optimization of M&A-related postings and processes)• Development of business blueprints (>900 pages) for the automatization of all accounting and tax related procedures (~ 2 million posting rows per month) for a newly designed IT System• Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting with regard to employee share programs, including notes and reconciliation with the external group auditor

• Successful execution and leadership of miscellaneous Projects in the area of Finance and Controlling, especially through process and IT optimizations, included Project Management and Controlling, Creation of Project Plans, Business Cases and Steering Committee Slides • Additionally, functional leader of an internal project team to create Business Solutions for Process Management Reporting Systems with Process Intelligence and Process Mining techniques• Practical experience as Financial Auditor for group and individual company closings in German GAAP and IFRS (three times up to 6 months as part of KPMG’s Young Professionals Program)
