    I was transferred to the United States to strengthen the R&D aspect of the company and help develop wine facilities on the American continent. My mission was to provide follow-up and technical assistance for all electrodialysis (conventional or bipolar), filtration and ion exchange applications carried out on the American continent. These technologies were applied as well for the food industry as for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries (purification of organic acids, purification/extraction of salts, etc.) In charge of the wine activity, my mission was to help our partner to develop the business in the US and to provide the technical support necessary for the sale of new installations and the monitoring of old ones.

    Employed by Gemstab from January 2007 to August 2008, my mission was to provide technical support between the company Eurodia Industrie S.A. and the company Gemstab (Main user of the wine electrodialysis systems in France). The different technologies offered were: - Electrodialysis applied to the tartaric stabilization of wines (7 mobile units) - Electrodialysis with bipolar membranes for the acidification of wines (1 mobile unit) - Tangential filtration (2 mobile units) and one associated to an electrodialysis unit -Dealcoholization (1 mobile unit). My mission was to make the link between the daily operators of these units and the Eurodia teams in order to optimize the existing units and help to develop new solutions.
