Work to ensure that the Instrons are being utilized to the highest level possible, while updating the team to any recognizable changes that may be required over time

-- Performed stress, strain, tensile strength and flammability testing on knitted, woven and non- woven fabrics. -- Performed data entry from the results produced from testing.-- Worked with Engineer on Different Kazan’s that reduced lab Instrons cycle time by 30%. o Reduced Lab testing time for Method DIN 53357 by approximately 1.43hrs per 100 samples processed. o Reduced Lab testing time for method DIN 54310 by approximately 1.43hrs per 100 samples processed.-- Built and performed program updates to the BlueHill program for the Instrons. o Created and performed plastic testing Gage R&R for VW and Ford Customer request. o Created and performed fabric destructive Gage R&R for customer Instron certification. o Instrumental in testing and selecting tensile and stress testing machine.-- Managed shift’s Priority lots that cycled through the lab.

Processed Fabrics after Dyed, Napped or Pulled Down from Knitting by applying flame retardants, Nap assist chemical and setting dye to ensure correct shaded color.
