Hello, my name is Benjamin Botello. My current role is as a Technical Specialist at Apple. My experience with this role is providing exceptional customer support by troubleshooting devices, educating customers on software and AppleCare benefits, and offering repair or ownership solutions based on diagnostic results. I also ensured clear communication, and efficient repair processes, and maintained positive relationships with customers and the team through feedback and collaboration. My prior role was as a Sales Specialist for 3 years at Apple. My experience with this role was identifying ownership opportunities and showcasing hero products through in-depth knowledge and demos, ensuring smooth setups for new devices, and promoting AppleCare, trade-ins, connected devices, and business introductions to meet quarterly goals. I also supported the Operations team by restocking freight, while simultaneously meeting runner demands, and the Visuals team by upholding visual standards by maintaining demo devices and assisting with resets and repairs.I am currently enrolled at CSULA and will be expected to graduate next fall 2025. I am pursuing a career in Information Technology to find my establishment as a front-end Web Developer or as an IT Technical Support Officer or to be more specific, as an Information Systems Technician. I am proficient in technology which requires an understanding of Web Development software, an expert in hardware, and software knowledge, troubleshooting technology, and an understanding of the basics of Information Systems Management. My passion for this career is being able to work with technology by understanding the functionalities and the metadata of software. I am very persistent in research and practice till I know how to troubleshoot the issue.
