Everything that could be done in the kitchen I was willing and capable of doing. From the Primary to Secondary, to working the Breading station. I would also rotate product from the freezer to the thawing cabinets. Take truck deliveries. Prep for catering orders ranging from twenty sandwiches upwards of eight-hundred plus. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner schedules.

Heavy machine operator. Kept daily log of client billing, address information, and overall general upkeep of properties and equipment.

Daily inventory cataloging. Assembling furniture. Repairing minor damages, scratches, and surface abnormalities. Making deliveries in and out of state.

Preparing special orders for large groups. Decorating cakes for customer pick up. Managing freezer inventory. Working the front slabs. Giving customers an amazing experience.

Daily inventory of kitchen supplies. Prepping front grill. Preparing customer orders to specifications. Daily clean up to health department regulations. All around kitchen gopher.
