I ate that in one bite. After nine years in sales, six as an individual contributor, and three in management and support roles, I have had my fair share of wins and losses. To me, these all just add flavor -the zest, the little something spicy in the sauce- helping me see more than the day-to-day. Keeping the bland out of the grind and fulfilling the number one responsibility of the role. I spend my time helping my team change their perspectives and see further than they previously thought.
