I’m a highly motivated individual with many years of experience that includes leadership, administration, training facilitation, team development, project management, and an entrepreneur for private and public organizations. Through my experience as a leading administrator in school districts and top agent in the life insurance fields I have developed multiple strategies to encourage, sustain, and reach high expectations with people of the community and staff members I hired. I have developed a great interest in leadership and helping people succeed. Additionally, I have developed a successful million dollar life insurance company that employs ten agents in two states. My clients are provided data points to ensure financial assistance an coverage is appropriate to meet their actual needs. My education in leadership and administration includes two master's degrees, leadership training exercises, and training activities to support successful agents and staff, cooperative leadership skills, research strategies, implementation of proper support, and data collection and goal related progress. I continue to develop teams through strategic planning and development with multiple leadership roles. Throughout my career I have been the project manager of multiple programs and initiatives in the private and public sectors.
