Within regional recruiting team (10 nationalities in 5 locations), built and grew with the head of Experienced Hires Recruiting a function focusing on attracting consulting staff up to Partner level Project Management- Built with the head of Experienced Hires Recruiting an internal talent acquisition function, helped design new tools and processes, facilitated ramp up of two first sourcers. Within 8 months of creation, team delivered 8 hires (from consultant to Partner level) and is sourcing candidates for 20+ open roles.- Led development of an online platform to train experienced candidate across geographies to case interview specificities. Arbitrated local offices requirements, designed training path and managed providers relationship.Internal Client Relationship - Supported 17 offices to step up Experienced Hires recruiting. Acted as thought-partner an advisor to develop annual action plans tailored to local specificities. Successfully accompanied launched of 20+ initiatives.- Appointed single point of contact with senior partners in charge of the Marketing, Sales and Pricing topics to crystallize need in experts hiring. Coordinated with different teams to close 10+ senior searches.Coaching & Selection- Created with a Partner the Hibiki network for experienced hires in Paris, grew it to 60 members facilitated by a core team of 6 people. Built dedicated trainings and recommendations to ease integration.- Regularly coached senior candidates (10 to 20 years of experience) and prepared them for BCG interviews. Accompanied them through the process providing tailored advises and exercises.- Interviewed strategic consultant candidates in Paris and on international MBA campuses.
