Oversee daily operations of one building including managing staff and staffing needs. Responsible for preschool programs and high school and beyond programs. I am the primary teacher for the high school age-group. Oversee a retreat for high school seniors transitioning to America. This event ranges from 50-90 participants. This includes interviewing and hiring leaders, managing budget, negotiating contracts for speakers, working directly with the host of the retreat to ensure all logistical needs are met.Network with national and state partners to help promote the retreat and ensure the partnership continues to grow.
