Provide students with individual, academic and career/college counseling in a high school setting. Other responsibilities included: • Input data into student information system• Deliver core lessons for 10th and 11th grade• Deliver presentation and assessment on Signs of Suicide to freshman students• Collaborate with other staff in the student services department on student wellness and success• Co-facilitate first generation student group for students who are in their junior year and areinterested in going to college• Co-facilitate a support and development group for students wanting to address issues regardingself-esteem, self-image, and learning skills to help them with academic success.• Attend IEP & 504 meetings• Collaborate with parents of students regarding student concerns• Run small groups for students• Track D/F list and meet with students failing classes for three weeks• Attend weekly department and Problem-Solving Team meetings• Track students on their graduation requirements and credit progress• Monitor students who are in the Tier 3 category of at risk of not graduating• Monitor student success by tracking grades, attendance, and receiving feedback from teachers• Lead Roosevelt Scholarship Program • Support students and teachers during Crisis Interventions
