Working in the Public Sector to deliver end to end digital transformation. KEY ACTIVITIES:- Worked as the Lead Delivery Manager on the MAPPS programme.- Worked as a Process Designer and Project Manager on the Pegasus engagement. Created a new Proposal Service for the procurement of projects/proof of concepts, between a law and enforcement organisation body and Capgemini. - Worked as a Benefits Manager and as a Business Case Supporter on the Optimus programme. Rolled out a new benefits management capability across 6 workstreams.- Worked as a Requirements Stream Lead on the Protect Connect Project. Managing a team of c.5 Business Analysts to gather and analyse the requirements of a high-profile Central Government department.- Worked as a Business Analyst to rapidly gather and engineer requirements for the introduction of critical systems, to enable the rollout of two nationwide schemes (CJRS & SEISS) that were established in response to COVID-19. Empowered the client to win CITF’s Best IT Team During COVID-19, at the Real IT Awards 2020.Internal contributions include:- Qualifying and leading new work bids off the back of successful project deliveries, developing compelling propositions and robust commercials. - Led the social marketing plan for Invent's People & Organisation capability unit. - Represented Capgemini Invent as a Guest Blogger in techUK's #PlaceLedInnovationWeek.- Leading on the development of a People & Organisation sustainability offering. - Project Managing the Sustainability Propositions & Communications team. - Appointed Justice & Security Champion, dedicated to elevating the presence of this team within Invent's Public Sector unit. - Delivering numerous knowledge sharing events for internal colleagues, focusing on subjects such as Artificial Intelligence and Business Analysis. - Developed project credential and methodology packs to bolster Invent's knowledge base.

KEY ACTIVITIES: - Working as a Business Analyst Consultant and Requirements Stream Lead to gather and analyse the requirements of a high-profile Central Government department, as part of the Protect Connect Project (see below).- Wrote a winning strategic outline business case, as part of the Business Intelligence (BI) Transformation project (see below).- Appointed into the global Expert Connect program after publishing my blog "AI and the impact on the organisation" (see below). As a Public Sector Expert, Benjamin discusses all things digital with our customers and other interested audiences.Other internal work contributions include:- Identifying sales opportunities and creating proposal decks. - Packaging new work methodologies into a format that can be re-deployed for other customers.- Managing and contributing to my business area blog pipeline.- Holding knowledge share presentations for colleagues.

KEY ACTIVITIES: - Joined the new Government Consulting & Transformation (GCT) team. Tasked with the identification and pursuit of opportunities to deploy innovative technologies, such as those of artificially intelligent design, into the Government sector. Additionally, worked on internal transformation initiatives as part of the GSTX team. - Working in Local Government on the Digital Customer Account Replacement (DCAR) and Website Technology Review (WTR) projects. DCAR roles: Consultant & Project Manager. WTR role: Consultant. - Previously continued fulfilling the role of Proposal Writer & Interim Change Manager in our Central Government - Interserve Justice account. KEY ACTIVITIES:1. Worked on the Interserve Justice, Probation ICT Services (PICTS), Digital Outcomes & Specialists (DOS), and Purple Futures projects (see below).2. Began serving the Committee for Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Sopra Steria, whereby I present ideas that help guide our organisation's tactical and strategic approach in this field. 3. Researching and writing AI-centric proposals based upon personally identified opportunities in various markets, and progressed them with notable success. 4. Attended The Rise of AI conference in Germany and regularly attend MeetUps in London, to acquire insights that can help me guide the firm's tactical and strategic thinking on AI.5. Appointed as a Sustainability Champion and received an Excellence Award, for my Northern Line charity walk and other contributions to sustainable practices.

It was my role to proactively champion the benefits of residing at Prodigy Living's flagship student accommodation, Tufnell House. I achieved this by generating content driven social media posts, but also by acting as a brand ambassador during various meetings. I facilitated communication between the residents and house staff, supporting constructive feedback on pressing issues. I also assisted in or fully managed house events.

Greyfriars Education (now Learn et al.) is an innovative learning consultancy, which builds bespoke online and face-to-face courses in marketing, strategy and innovation. My key responsibility was to create video interviews on these subjects, with highly respectable business leaders. I also devised marketing course material for the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.

Britton Multimedia was a creator of promotional videos, working with customers from a wide range of industries. I managed the daily operations of the business, as well as directed video production. I regularly attended and presented at numerous networking groups, even becoming Chairman of 4N Ivybridge. I was also delighted to secure a European Union non-repayable grant, for the purchase of additional video production equipment.
