Working in management for Australia's largest Radiology provider has given me exposure to a wide variety of operational and commercial functions. I currently have a P&L responsibility of over $300M that spans 40 clinics across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with over 600 staff and doctors.Having had direct responsibility and input into the expansion of this network of clinics through both greenfield development and acquisition has sparked a particular passion and skill set in property and growth. This experience extends across the full project life cycle including initial business case and feasibility assessment, project management, building and leasing logistics as well as the recruitment and integration of associated staff and systems.My interests also extend to corporate and commercial strategy and innovation, with a particular interest in process improvement and efficiency and disruptive technologies.
