• Manage projects form RE001 (ready to issue BP) through CL100 (close out deliverables)• Review building plans, power analysis and radio frequency data sheet (RFDS) to develop initial project budget costs/revenues for scope of work (SOW).• Weekly client meeting to agree on project details and order of magnitude (OOM) proposal.• Input OOM drivers, materials and work authorizations to get financials inline for CX start and true up at CI020/CI050 (tower complete/construction complete).• Order, receive and review sub-contractor quotes/change orders and invoices to ensure all pass through costs are accounted for within our SOW and OOM.• Forecast, procure and manage project material (bill of material)• Request financial true up/approvals for financial alignment and actualization of project milestones/tasks.• Manage NICAT audits, work closely with national PMO group maximizing revenue through driver clarification and capturing out of scope labor.
