Collaborating with the service information controllers, giving them information of short forms and toilet defects. Giving information to the train delay attribution staff with regards to the cause of delays. Collaborating with the Train crew controller to get drivers resourced for amended train movements. Working with Depot operations supervisors to ensure trains are formed up correctly on departure from Banbury light maintenance depot and Wembley light maintenance depot.In times of disruption keep track of where the fleet is and manage where the units are finishing.Use of different railway systems.
