Which Involves anything from a small dec to full decs, CH, Rewire, new kitchen, and bathroom all delivered to our client's requirements within a short timeframe. With a focus on the planning, delivery, and Health and Safety aspect of the day-to-day running of the program assisted by two Assistant Site managers, whilst managing various trades and supervisors for anything up to 70+ trades a day.

Which Involves anything from a straight Boiler swap to a new full central heating system or conversation. Leading the site team, whilst working alongside the Site manager to deliver the project. Assisting the gas compliance manager and client in post-inspections for handover

Decent Homes Project. Responsible for site supervision, health and safety and the delivery of quality work to meet required specifications. Management and control of all site based activities within budgeted cost. Management and delegation of work to sub contractors and direction of staff to achieve the short term programme targets. To ensure that all on site activities comply with Health and Safety Requirements Liaising with tenants to ensure high standards of work are carried out.
