Specializing in the field of civil mechanics I find myself avidly wanting to learn more and dedicating myself to my studies. My main goal of pursuing a career in civil engineering is what motivates me to learn and constantly and enhance my skills. Through studying the theoretical principles and concepts as well as the fundamental practicality of Civil Engineering, I find myself highly motivated to begin applying my erudition and skills within the Civil engineering field. I am aiming to further consolidate my engineering knowledge whilst also increasing my understanding of a workplace environment and the practical aspects of Civil engineering. I find that I am proficient in a team-based environment and in leadership roles, in addition I am highly capable to perform tasks on software such as MATLAB, Excel, and SpacegassA highlight of my tertiary studies has been the Generation of a Design Project. The motive behind the project was to create a safer way for the elderly and disabled to use public transport. Teamwork, brainstorming, and presentation skills were required in order to complete this project which translates well in the field of civil engineering.Ultimately, I am excited to collaborate and learn from others whilst equally providing others with my knowledge and access to my skillset in order to achieve a highly functioning workspace.
