I'm intimately familiar with all aspects of an installation including layout, installation of mounting hardware, populating of arrays, installation of conduit, mounting and wiring of electrical equipment, completion of final electrical grid tie-in for 120/240V residential main service panels, and commissioning of the completed system. I've installed systems ranging in size from 2 kW to 40 kW and have a total of over 4 MW installed.I have also spent significant time servicing residential grid-tied systems. This work has included troubleshooting inverter error codes, updating inverter firmware, interfacing with inverter manufacturers to acquire replacements, identifying and correcting ground faults and arc faults, troubleshooting inverter communication issues, and identifying root causes of system underperformance and making corrections when possible. Aforementioned service work has been performed on systems with both ungrounded and negatively grounded string inverters, as well as microinverters. I am familiar with servicing brands including SolarEdge, ABB, Delta, Fronius, SMA, and Enphase.Throughout my experience with both remote office work, and prior field work, I have honed my customer service skills, providing the best possible experience for the client and homeowner.
