Primarily worked on the line assembling beds, but also helped conduct time studies on the different stations to help with line balancing, set up 5S/6S in new line areas, developed new standard work procedures, and trained new employees on 3 of the different line stations. Also worked with process engineers to develop ways to reduce common defects and reverse engineer the bed so that usable parts of defective beds could be reworked later.

Worked remotely assisting line engineers by conducting detailed data analyses and reports to ensure machines and processes were operating at nominal levels. Analyses were conducted using Microsoft Excel and MiniTab, before presenting results to the various line operators and assisting in developing models to increase efficiency based off of report results. When work was low due to COVID-19, I also reached out to and worked with a division of the finance team in helping prepare the site costing structure and helped develop a spreadsheet to assist in quickly updating future costing structures. I also assisted in various continuous improvement projects at the site, primarily assisting in organizing site incident reports in to spreadsheets as well as cross-referencing product safety information to ensure the data was consistent across Pfizer's various platforms.
