Responsible for maintaining and managing the (4) VA Networks, to include two large Metro networks, with 350 total cell sites, and associated Customer Central Office site locations. As the Operations Manager, I set Technician schedules, Manager Maintenance Activity (to include notifying customers of scheduled work), managed circuit capacity and upgrading Microwave hops as needed as well as our Fiber optic network. I also worked with different Wireless contractors, coordinating large network projects and maintenance activity. I helped recruit, hire, and trained many of the Technicians within TTM. I have developed, planned, executed, and experience in hurricane and winter storm recovery.

Responsible for engineering, installing, provisioning, maintaining, Microwave systems in the Richmond Metro Area. I was also responsible for engineering, installing, provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting T-1 circuits in the Richmond Metro Area. As the first TTM Technician I was able to use my experience and set up many of TTM’s core engineering documents and troubleshooting guidelines.

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, provisioning, and performing preventative maintenance on 24 cell sites, Motorola Digital and Analog Bay Stations, Harris Constellation and Megastar Microwave systems. Experience with wiring, provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting T-1 and DS3 circuits across various Microwave and Telco systems. Experience with installing, provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting Carrier Access Widebank 28 and Adtran Mux systems.
